Hunting down good quality maternity wear at bargain prices can be wearing. For some reason, clothing manufacturers set prices of purpose specific clothes higher than the norm of standard wear.
An alternative to buying maternity wear is to hunt for good deals on large clothing. Of course, since these aren't designed specifically for pregnancy, it could be a little out of shape.
Whatever you do though, there is nothing you can do to get around the pants. Just get some maternity pants and be done with it.
Your underwear is another story. You can easily get away with buying large clothing when it comes to undergarments. Choose panties that fit under your baby belly and larger sized bras.
Many nursing mothers insist on buying nursing bras. Don’t bother. Most of the nursing bras have no support and they are not always easy to unfasten. I have found nice bras in stores that carry large clothing that provide much more support than regular nursing bras. I also didn’t have to fuss with the difficult clasps that are supposed to make things easier.
Women automatically think that they need to find the right maternity shirts but you can really get away with buying big shirts instead. My favorite shirt that I wore throughout my pregnancy was not a maternity shirt at all. I found it among large clothing in a discount store at a fraction of the price. You could always try your husban's shirts.
You don't really need to buy anything from the maternity clothing store except for the pants or skirt. To save yourself some coins, just go ahead and try large sized clothing. Just don't grow into them. To read more articles by Tony Robinson, check out http://official-baby-site.com.
